Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a motivated Station Manager to lead our Blacktown team on a full-time basis. You will oversee the operations of the station and be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining fleet and driving revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in car rental or similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and basic computer skills.
• Financial literacy and ability to drive station revenue.
• Australian work rights and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of Blacktown station.
• Control station costs to meet financial targets.
• Oversee all aspects of staff management including recruitment and performance.
• Lead a team to promote a positive team culture.
• Actively seek ways to increase initiations within the location.
• Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Increase vehicle utilisation and fleet availability.
