Job summary

DEPT® is seeking a freelance designer to join our Global Studios team in Sydney. The role focuses on emotive, conversion-focused digital content across onsite, app and email channels.

You will work on briefs from start to finish, deliver high-quality design work, source images, and artwork while mentoring junior team members. We value self-driven, highly organised individuals with a keen eye for layout, retouching and detail, plus a willingness to learn and adapt as trends evolve.

JOB PURPOSE:

This role is part of our Global Studios team. We create emotive yet conversion-focused ideas, products and campaigns at scale and speed. Our specialty is hyper-personalised, digital communications that change perceptions, shape new behaviours, and shift market share for our clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
