Oral Health Victoria (OHV) seeks a Statewide Systems Officer to support statewide applications across Victoria's public oral health network. You will be the first point of contact for users, helping clinicians and admin staff resolve issues and navigate system processes to deliver high-quality care.

You will work in a scheduled contact centre environment, providing high-quality service between 7:30am and 6:00pm Monday to Friday, with opportunities to contribute to documentation and continuous

• Contribute to documentation, testing and continuous improvement activities.

At Oral Health Victoria (OHV), we support public oral health services across Victoria through the systems and technology that help clinicians deliver care to patients every day.

We're looking for a Statewide Systems Officer to join our team and help support the statewide applications used across Victoria's public oral health network. If you're a strong communicator, enjoy solving problems, and are passionate about providing great customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

As a Statewide Systems Officer, you'll be the first point of contact for users seeking support with our statewide systems. You'll help clinicians and administrative staff resolve issues, navigate system processes, and access the tools they need to deliver high-quality care.

In this role, you will work in a scheduled contact centre environment, providing high-quality service between 7:30am and 6:00pm Monday to Friday.

What you'll be doing

• Respond to enquiries and service requests relating to statewide oral health applications and services.


• Provide support and guidance to users of systems including Electronic Oral Health Record (EoHR), Unity, Titanium Legacy, NilRead, PACS Scan and other supported applications.


• Working in partnership with technical specialists to provide a pathway to resolution for users.


• Manage Service Desk tickets and maintain service standards and response timeframes.


• Contribute to documentation, testing and continuous improvement activities.
