Job summary

WA Country Health Service is seeking a skilled professional to support statewide asset monitoring, governance and project oversight across regional WACHS sites. You will analyse asset and operational data, identify risks and opportunities, and contribute to continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and compliance within the health system.

You will collaborate with regional teams to implement asset management frameworks, monitor performance, and drive better outcomes for public health services

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage assets and projects, applying asset management principles, frameworks and processes to support asset lifecycle performance and service delivery.
• Proven experience in analysing asset and operational data, evaluating outcomes, identifying trends and risks, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, compliance and organisational outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to analyse complex issues, solve problems and provide evidence-based recommendations to support operational and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• The position also provides Statewide monitoring and reporting oversight, liaison, governance, support to regional WACHS sites for both projects and functional areas.
