Job description

You'll provide practical and innovative facility planning while overseeing built assets, operational maintenance and competing priorities across a diverse network of sites.

Key responsibilities

• You'll manage maintenance services and facility projects within budget, respond to changing site needs and support-built assets across other Statewide Clinical Support Services agencies as required.
• Building strong relationships will be central to your success as you coordinate with service providers, contractors, clinical teams and government stakeholders to deliver effective asset solutions.
• Manage facilities, budgets, contracts and maintenance projects.
• Lead change, solve complex issues and manage competing priorities.

What you need

• To be successful in this role, you will bring strong asset management expertise, sound judgement and a collaborative approach to delivering effective facilities services.
• Bring extensive asset management experience in complex health settings.
