The NSW Department of Communities and Justice is seeking a Governor (General Manager) to lead corrective services NSW statewide, directing safe and accountable management of centres, staff, inmates and visitors in line with policy, standards and KPIs.

The role requires senior managerial experience, integrity, and the ability to drive a positive change agenda across a diverse correctional environment, with on-call duties and statewide travel as needed.

Formación

• Must hold a valid driver's licence and be willing to travel across NSW.
• Available on call to respond to emergencies as required.
• Comply with National Heavy Vehicle Law and Chain of Responsibility (CESU roles only).

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and direction for correctional centre management in NSW.
• Lead special projects or specialised services within Corrective Services NSW.
