Queensland Government’s Metro North Health is seeking a Statewide Program Coordinator, Clinical Safety and Quality to lead governance, safety, and quality initiatives across the Queensland Forensic Mental Health Service.

You will develop and maintain governance frameworks, drive service improvement, support accreditation, and coach staff in clinical quality and incident management to deliver safer, higher‑quality care.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading quality and safety improvements in healthcare environments.
• Ability to analyse complex clinical, safety and risk data to identify improvements.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration across clinical and non-clinical teams.
• Experience with accreditation processes and compliance activities.
