Job summary

Rentokil Initial is seeking a State Training Manager to coordinate, deliver and monitor technical and compliance training across Queensland. The role ensures employees are competent, licensed and operationally aligned with internal and legislative standards.

You will oversee assessment governance, participate in validation processes, and drive continuous improvement within the RTO framework.

Qualifications

• Standards for RTOs 2025 interpretation and regulatory compliance.
• ASQA-regulated RTO experience and internal audits.
• Licence and qualification eligibility for pest management in QLD.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nationally recognised training, maintain auditable records, and support audits (ASQA).
• Coordinate pest management, fumigation, and safe work procedures training.
• Conduct field assessments and workplace observations to verify competency.
• Assist branches with training needs analysis and maintain licensing registers.
• Use LMS to track evidence and produce compliance reports.
