Job summary

BreastScreen Victoria is seeking a State Radiographer to lead radiography quality initiatives and oversee multiple sites, including Burgundy Street and Mobile Screening. You will chair the Radiography Quality Group, drive NAS-compliant image quality improvements, and support policy development under the Director Quality and Clinical Care.

Qualifications

• Registered Radiographer with AHPRA and current practice in Victoria.
• Experience in breast imaging or screening programs is desirable.
• Leadership in clinical governance and quality improvement.
• Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures.
• Proven project management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead radiography quality initiatives across BreastScreen Victoria sites.
• Chair Radiography Quality Group and report to Director Quality and Clinical Care.
• Support NAS accreditation processes and annual quality reviews.
• Oversee Designated Radiographers at multiple service points.
• Contribute to budget planning and operational risk management.
• Develop and implement staff training and professional development.
• Engage with internal/external stakeholders to drive improvement.
• Participate in strategic planning and policy development.
