Shadforth Financial Group in Perth seeks an experienced leader to head client support and operational teams across the state. You will manage a large team of Senior Associate Advisers, Associate Advisors and Client Associates delivering high‑quality, compliant advice support and processing.

You will partner with senior leaders to drive budgets, change adoption and continuous improvement while mentoring talent to build a high‑performing team aligned with national frameworks and service standards.

Competenze

• 5+ years leadership experience in financial planning or advisory operations.
• Strong technical knowledge in financial planning.
• Experience driving change adoption and embedding new systems.
• Ability to drive a high performing culture.
• Knowledge of compliance and risk management governing financial planning.
• Degree in management, business or financial planning highly regarded.

Mansioni

• Lead and develop the team to provide expert support and technical assistance across the preparation of advice, implementation of advice and ongoing assistance with managing clients
• Deliver consistent, compliant and standardised operational processes across the State, adopting and enforcing the national frameworks and service standards set by the National Head of Operational Transformation.
• Partner with the National Head of Operational Transformation and Head of Shadforth to deliver the State's annual budgets, pledges and targets
• Track and report State adoption metrics, operational performance and benefits realisation, contributing to the national measures owned by the National Head of Operational Transformation.
• Recruit, train and mentor talent, managing the training and development program to build a high-performing team.
• Identify and implement improvements to processes
• Lead and proactively get involved in projects
• Manage the training and development program of team
