Job summary

Shadforth Financial Group is seeking a Senior Associate Adviser to manage the advisory needs of our existing clients while supporting growth initiatives to onboard new clients. This role upholds our high standards of professional advice, client service and integrity.

You will be mentored toward becoming a Private Wealth Adviser, set high professional standards, and contribute to team training and mentorship. Based in Mount Gambier.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an Associate Adviser or Paraplanner role.
• Solid understanding of tax, superannuation, retirement income streams, investments and social security.
• Experience with XPLAN software.
• Ability to mentor peers and support team development.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of new and existing client business and delivery of advice.
• Provide high-quality wealth management guidance to clients.
• Identify additional client needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Support colleagues and contribute to team training and workload allocation.
