Ontime Delivery Solutions is seeking a driven State Manager to lead our Victoria operations, drive growth, and oversee day-to-day performance within a national transport and logistics provider.

This hands-on leadership role focuses on expanding accounts, improving efficiency, managing budgets, and partnering with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver reliable service across Australia.

Your role

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for the growth, stability, and day-to-day operations of the business in the region.

You will:
