Job summary

Metro North Health is seeking a psychologist to provide high-level psychological support to staff across The Prince Charles Hospital, contributing to staff wellbeing and a positive workplace culture.

You will deliver psychoeducation, training, supervision and higher-level triage for Peer Responder programmes, collaborating with the Staff Psychology Team and multidisciplinary colleagues. Flexible work arrangements and a comprehensive benefits package are available.

Qualifications

• Provide responsive, flexible, high-level psychological support to staff across The Prince Charles Hospital (TPCH).
• Deliver psychoeducation, training, debriefings and individual therapy as part of the staff wellbeing program.
• Apply professional judgement to a complex caseload, adapting practice based on evidence to ensure effective services.
• Collaborate with an inter-disciplinary team and stakeholders within Metro North Health.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level psychological support to staff across TPCH.
• Facilitate team support, psychoeducation, and training for staff wellbeing.
• Deliver supervision support and higher-level psychological triage for Peer Responder programmes.
• Work with the Staff Psychology Team to improve workplace culture and wellbeing interventions.
