Aufgaben

• Provide responsive, flexible, high level psychological support to staff across TPCH. The role will provide team support and facilitation, psychoeducation, training, debriefings and individual psychological therapy sessions.
• Apply professional judgement to a complex caseload, adapting routine clinical practice based on valid and reliable evidence ensuring effective and efficient services.
• Work cooperatively and effectively with the multi-disciplinary team, the psychology team and other internal and external stakeholders within The Prince Charles Hospital.
• Work collaboratively with the Metro North Staff Psychology Team to deliver quality workplace culture and staff wellbeing training and interventions as required.
