This role combines hands-on coding with technical leadership, owning control-plane services, Kubernetes CRDs, and multi‑tenant patterns.

Qualifications

• Strong backend programming proficiency in Python, Go, Rust, or Java.
• Experience building Kubernetes controllers or operators.
• Expertise in event-driven distributed systems and eventual consistency.
• Designing self-service, multi-tenant platforms with proper isolation and access control.
• Strong API and schema design with versioning.
• Proven technical leadership and mentoring across teams.
• Track record delivering production-grade, scalable infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and architecture for network automation platforms.
• Design and build APIs, services, and reconciliation workflows.
• Develop Kubernetes-based control planes and CRDs.
• Lead migrations and modernize automation safely.
• Mentor engineers and align across teams.
• Drive testing, observability, and safe deployment practices.
