UpGuard is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to set technical direction across Product Engineering. You will stay hands-on in the code while working with leadership on future platform direction, raising the bar for how we build across the organization.

You'll join one of our Product Engineering squads, collaborating with product managers and designers as we scale our Go services on Kubernetes in Google Cloud. Your contributions will influence both architecture and implementation from day one.

Competenze

• 8+ years of relevant engineering experience at tech‑centric, product‑driven companies.
• Strong TypeScript and React.
• A backend language you're productive in (Go).
• Solid relational database skills (Postgres).
• AI coding tools as part of your workflow and ability to review outputs.
