CommBank is seeking a Staff Software Engineer in the Apply With Ease Crew to lead hands-on development of secure, scalable home lending platforms. You will own end-to-end solutions from architecture to production, mentor engineers and drive modern engineering practices with AI-assisted development.

You will collaborate with Product and Design to deliver fast, reliable experiences and contribute to building cloud-native, API-driven systems at scale across Home Buying.

• Deep full-stack and backend engineering expertise

• Experience designing distributed systems and cloud-native platforms
