Job summary

Future Secure AI is hiring Staff Software Engineers (AI) to set the technical direction for our products. You'll work across engineering and customer delivery teams, owning the hardest architectural problems and moving between hands-on engineering and broader product and business conversations.

You'll raise the engineering bar for the whole organisation through the systems you design, the standards you set, and the engineers you grow.

Qualifications

• Extensive software development experience with hands-on AI work.
• Experience leading technically complex, multi-team initiatives.
• Experience designing and operating distributed, production‑grade systems at enterprise scale.
• Experience building systems where security and data governance are first‑class design constraints.
• Proven ability to mentor engineers and influence technical decisions across teams and with senior stakeholders.
• Sharp problem‑solving instincts and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Defining the architecture for AI Co-Worker systems enabling enterprise deployment of persona-based AI Co‑Workers to perform complex workflows on a secure platform.
• Designing and delivering secure, scalable APIs and platform foundations; stay hands-on on critical paths.
• Partnering with customers, product, and leadership to shape technical roadmaps and ensure solutions meet expectations.
• Setting engineering standards for design reviews, testing, reliability, and security across multiple delivery teams.
• Mentoring Senior and Software Engineers and acting as a technical leader across the organization.
