Future Secure AI seeks a Staff Software Engineer (AI) to set the technical direction for our products. You will work across engineering and customer delivery teams, owning the hardest architectural problems and balancing hands-on coding with strategic product discussions.

You will raise the engineering bar through the systems you design and the engineers you grow. If you thrive when the scope crosses team boundaries and the problem is ambiguous, this is the right place to contribute at scale

Qualifications

• Extensive software development experience with hands-on AI and leading multi‑team initiatives.
• Strong coding fundamentals; experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
• Experience designing and operating distributed, production‑grade systems at enterprise scale.
• Experience building systems with security and data governance as first‑class design constraints.
• Proven ability to mentor engineers and influence technical decisions across teams and with senior stakeholders.
• Sharp problem‑solving instincts and the follow‑through to match.

Responsabilités

• Define the architecture for AI Co-Worker systems enabling persona‑based AI Co‑Workers to deploy end‑to‑end operational workflows on a secure platform.
• Design and deliver secure, scalable APIs and platform foundations; stay hands‑on on critical paths.
• Partner with customers, product, and senior leadership to shape technical roadmaps and ensure solutions meet expectations.
• Set engineering standards for design reviews, testing, reliability, and security across multiple delivery teams.
• Mentor Senior and Software Engineers and act as a technical leader across the organisation.

Position Overview

We're hiring Staff Software Engineers (AI) to set the technical direction for our products. You'll work across engineering and customer delivery teams, owning the hardest architectural problems and moving between hands‑on engineering and broader product and business conversations. You'll raise the engineering bar for the whole organisation through the systems you design, the standards you set, and the engineers you grow. If you do your best work when the problem is ambiguous and the scope crosses team boundaries, you'll fit here.

Key Responsibilities

• Defining the architecture for AI Co-Worker systems that let enterprise customers deploy persona‑based AI Co‑Workers to perform complex, end-to-end operational workflows through their own secure platform.
• Designing and delivering secure, scalable APIs and platform foundations across large‑scale enterprise environments, and staying hands‑on in the code on the most critical paths.
• Partnering with customers, product, and senior leadership to shape technical roadmaps and make sure solutions exceed expectations.
• Setting engineering standards for design reviews, testing, reliability, and security across multiple delivery teams.
• Mentoring Senior and Software Engineers, and acting as a technical leader and multiplier across the organisation.

Requirements

• Extensive software development experience, including recent hands‑on AI work and a track record of leading technically complex, multi‑team initiatives.
• Strong coding fundamentals; we primarily use Node.js and TypeScript.
• Experience designing and operating distributed, production‑grade systems at enterprise scale.
