Job summary

Future Secure AI is hiring Staff Software Engineers (AI) to set the technical direction for our products. You will own architectural decisions, work across engineering and delivery teams, and move between hands-on coding and broader product conversations.

You will raise the engineering bar through the systems you design, standards you set, and engineers you grow. If you thrive when problems are ambiguous and cross team boundaries, you’ll fit right in.

Qualifications

• Extensive software development experience with hands-on AI work.
• Ability to lead technically complex multi‑team initiatives.
• Strong mentoring and people leadership capability.
• Experience designing secure, scalable enterprise-grade systems.

Responsibilities

• Define architecture for AI Co-Worker systems for enterprise use.
• Design and deliver secure, scalable APIs and platform foundations.
• Partner with customers, product and leadership to shape technical roadmaps.
• Set engineering standards for reviews, testing, reliability and security.
• Mentor Senior and Software Engineers across teams.
