QSSS Pty Ltd is seeking a Disability Support Worker for the Redlands area in Queensland. You will provide compassionate, person-centred care to a 76-year-old client with Motor Neurone Disease, assisting with early mornings, routines, and bowel therapy while building a stable schedule.

Shifts include morning and evening slots, with opportunities for weekend hours. We value reliability, empathy, and a collaborative approach to delivering high-quality care in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• A caring, reliable Support Worker with a genuine desire to support vulnerable people.
• Experience with Bowel Therapy and Catheter Care is desirable or willingness to learn.
• Experience providing direct care and support to individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, person-centred support to the client.
• Assist with early rising routines (5am), evening routines, and bowel therapy.
• Maintain reliable schedules and communicate effectively with the team.
