Job summary

Qube in Gladstone is seeking experienced, locally based MC Drivers to transport dangerous goods from our depot to sites across the Bowen Basin. This is a residential, full-time role offering a 6-days on/6-days off roster and competitive rates.

Candidates must hold an unrestricted MC licence and a Dangerous Goods licence (or be able to obtain one), pass pre-employment medicals, and have road train experience with solid load restraint knowledge. We support safety, diversity and career development.

Qualifications

• Current Unrestricted MC Licence.
• Current Dangerous Goods Licence (or ability to obtain one).
• Ability to pass pre-employment medicals.
• Prior road train experience.
• Good knowledge of load restraint guidelines.
• A positive attitude towards the transport industry.
• Basic Fatigue Management accreditation.
• Residential role—must live in or relocate to Gladstone.

To be successful in this role, it is essential that candidates have:

• Current Unrestricted MC Licence
• Current Dangerous Goods Licence (or ability to obtain one)
• Ability to pass pre-employment medicals
• Prior road train experience
• Good knowledge of load restraint guidelines
• A positive attitude towards the transport industry
• Basic Fatigue Management accreditation
• This is a residential role only, so candidates must either live in or be willing to relocate to Gladstone.

The following is preferable, but not essential and we will provide training for:

• Dangerous Goods Licence
• SSAN Security Clearance
• Standard 11
