Job summary

Qube Holdings Limited is seeking locally based MC Drivers to transport dangerous goods from our depot to local and regional sites across the Bowen Basin, Blackwater. This full-time role operates on a 7-days on/7-days off roster, with competitive rates and a strongSafety focus.

Applicants must hold a current Unrestricted MC Licence and a Dangerous Goods Licence (or ability to obtain one), pass a Coal Board Medical, and demonstrate road train experience with load restraint knowledge and mechanical

• Prior road train experience.
• Good knowledge of load restraint guidelines.
• Good mechanical aptitude.

• Positive attitude towards the transport industry.

Responsibilities

• Transport dangerous goods from depot to local and regional sites across the Bowen Basin.
• Operate on a 7-days on/7-days off roster.
• Maintain safety and load restraint guidelines on all loads.

We are seeking experienced, locally based MC Drivers to join the Qube team in Blackwater, to transport dangerous goods from our depot to local and regional sites across the Bowen Basin.

In order to be successful in this role, it is essential that candidates have:

• Current Unrestricted MC Licence
• Current Dangerous Goods Licence (or ability to obtain one)
• Ability to pass Coal Board Medical
• Prior road train experience
• Good knowledge of load restraint guidelines
• Good mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
• A positive attitude towards the transport industry

The following is preferable, but not essential and we will provide training for:

• Dangerous Goods Licence
• SSAN Security Clearance
• Standard 11
