Job summary

Qube Holdings Limited in Gracemere, Queensland, seeks experienced local MC Drivers to transport dangerous goods from the depot to regional sites across the Bowen Basin. This residential role requires the driver to live in or relocate to Gladstone.

You will operate on a 6-days-on/6-days-off roster, hold a current MC licence and dangerous goods licence, pass pre-employment medicals, and apply load restraint guidelines while maintaining safety as a core value.

Qualifications

• Current Unrestricted MC Licence.
• Current Dangerous Goods Licence (or ability to obtain one).
• Ability to pass pre-employment medicals.
• Prior road train experience.
• Good knowledge of load restraint guidelines.
• Residential role – live in or relocate to Gladstone.

Responsibilities

• Transport dangerous goods by road from depot to local and regional sites across the Bowen Basin.
• Adhere to safety protocols and load restraint guidelines at all times.
• Maintain vehicle and logbook compliance and report safety incidents promptly.
• Operate on the 6-days-on/6-days-off roster as required.

We are seeking experienced, locally based MC Drivers to join the Qube team in Gracemere, to transport dangerous goods from our depot to local and regional sites across the Bowen Basin.

To be successful in this role, it is essential that candidates have:

• Current Unrestricted MC Licence
• Current Dangerous Goods Licence (or ability to obtain one)
• Ability to pass pre-employment medicals
• Prior road train experience
• Good knowledge of load restraint guidelines
• A positive attitude towards the transport industry
• Basic Fatigue Management accreditation
• This is a residential role only, so candidates must either live in or be willing to relocate to Gladstone.

The following is preferable, but not essential and we will provide training for:

• Dangerous Goods Licence
• SSAN Security Clearance
• Standard 11
