Job summary

N2S.Global in Sydney, Australia, is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to improve the reliability, availability, and performance of critical enterprise apps. You will own observability tooling, incident management, and cloud operations to prevent outages and improve user experience.

The role requires hands-on Dynatrace expertise, monitoring dashboards, alerting, RCA, and automation using Python, Shell, or PowerShell.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Dynatrace administration and monitoring experience.
• Experience with real user monitoring and synthetic monitoring.
• Strong incident management and RCA capabilities.
• Automation experience using Python, Shell, or PowerShell.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support Dynatrace monitoring across apps, infra and cloud.
• Monitor system health and performance; tune dashboards and alerts.
• Configure RUM, synthetic monitoring and distributed tracing.
• Lead triage, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for incidents.
• Develop automation scripts for operational tasks.
• Collaborate with Development, DevOps, Platform, Cloud, and Infra teams.
• Support production environments and participate in major incidents.
• Define and maintain SLI, SLO, and SLA metrics.
• Drive observability best practices and reliability improvements.
• Assist capacity planning and performance optimization initiatives.
