Job summary

FWSR Group, a Victorian based essential safety measures provider in Melbourne, is expanding and seeking an energetic Sprinkler Fitter. The role involves maintenance, service, testing and repairs for a range of commercial and industrial sites from Laverton North base.

Applicants must be a qualified Fire Sprinkler Fitter with VBA, with experience in isolating/draining systems, flow testing, and monthly/annual testing.

Qualifications

• Must be a Qualified Fire Sprinkler Fitter with VBA (Victorian Building Authority).
• Experience in isolating and draining Fire Sprinkler and Hydrant Systems.
• Flow Testing and reporting of Fire Sprinkler, Pumps and Hydrant Systems.
• Fire Sprinkler, Pump and FIP Monthly Testing.
• Annual and high-level sprinkler testing.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance, service, testing and repairs across commercial and industrial sites.
• Provide repair and routine maintenance of sprinkler systems.

Job description

The FSWR Group is a Victorian based essential safety measures provider. We are expanding our Melbourne operations, and we are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Sprinkler Fitter to join our team.

The office is based in Laverton Nth, working in all aspects of wet and dry fire. You would be providingmaintenance, service, testingandrepairs across a range of commercial and industrial customer sites.

What we're looking for:

• Must be Qualified Fire Sprinkler Fitter with VBA (Victorian Building Authority).
• Experience in isolating and draining Fire Sprinkler and Hydrant Systems.
• Flow Testing and reporting of Fire Sprinkler, Pumps and Hydrant Systems
• Fire Sprinkler, Pump and FIP Monthly Testing
• Annual and high-level sprinkler testing
• Fault finding and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn new skills and a can-do attitude.
• Construction induction white card.
• Working with children's card.
• National police check.
