Job summary

DuluxGroup in Rosebery, NSW is seeking a full-time Service Technician to service, maintain, and repair airless spray equipment, and to assist both store and external sales teams with technical advice on machines and spare parts.

You will build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues, support spray equipment sales and rentals, and benefit from our wellness and development programs including health extras, partner offers, and career pathways.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot engines and pumps.
• Excellent communication and customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks.

Responsibilities

• Servicing, maintaining, and repairing airless spray equipment to ensure peak performance.
• Providing technical advice on machines and spare parts to store and external sales teams.
• Building and maintaining relationships with customers and colleagues.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Servicing, maintaining, and repairing airless spray equipment to keep machines performing at their best
• Assisting store and external sales teams with technical advice on machines and spare parts
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and colleagues
• Supporting spray equipment sales and rental orders

This is a Full-time role based at Rosebery Dulux Trade Centre, NSW.

What We’re Looking for:

• You have a strong mechanical aptitude and enjoy troubleshooting small engines, electrical, or pumping equipment
• You can work independently, make decisions on the fly, and manage your tasks efficiently
• You’re an excellent communicator and enjoy building lasting relationships with customers and colleagues
• You have prior experience as a Service Technician or in a similar role (experience with lawnmowers, pumps, or machinery is highly valued)
