Job summary

The DuluxGroup is hiring at our Morayfield Dulux Trade Centre to welcome and assist trade and DIY customers with genuine care. You will offer advice and product recommendations, and learn to mix and tint paint with friendly service.

This full-time role (38 hours per week) requires Monday–Friday and Saturday mornings on a rotating roster. We support your growth with market-leading learning, wellbeing resources, and strong career pathways.

• You love working with people and making them feel welcome.
• You're a great communicator and a natural problem-solver.
• You're physically fit (you'll be lifting paint tins up to 25kg).
