Sports Direct in Chatswood is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead the store alongside the Store Manager. You will coach, develop your team, and oversee daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

This role focuses on achieving KPI targets, driving sales, and ensuring high standards of customer service, visual merchandising, stock management, and loss prevention with an emphasis on inclusion and career development.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Assistant Management experience in a fast-paced big box retail environment.
• Strong commercial acumen – you know your sales figures, wage % and stock metrics.
• Passion for people development and a proven record of team success.
• A high attention to detail – your floor is always on point.
• Operationally savvy with experience in rostering, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
• A 'Make it Happen' mindset – solutions-focused and performance-driven.
