Sports Direct, powered by Accent Group, is launching its first SA store in Adelaide. We’re seeking a driven Store Manager to lead a brand-new team, shape the store culture from day one, and drive performance through exceptional customer service.

You will own the numbers, coach a passionate team, manage rostering, and elevate the customer experience as you scale our presence across Australia.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Store Management experience in a fast-paced big box retail environment.
• Strong commercial acumen – you know your sales figures, wage % and stock metrics.
• Passion for people development and a proven record of team success.
• A high attention to detail – your floor is always on point.
• Operationally savvy with experience in rostering, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
• A true ‘Make it Happen’ mindset – solutions-focused and performance-driven.

Our FIRST SA store will be opening in Elizabeth,y’ll lead from the front – inspiring, coaching, and developing a passionate team alongside your in-store leadership team.
