Job summary

Sports Direct is seeking a passionate Assistant Store Manager for our Chatswood store. You will join a leadership team, supporting the Store Manager, coaching staff, and driving daily operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced big-box environment.

You will lead by example, manage rostering and visual merchandising, monitor performance, and contribute to a safe, high-performing store culture that delivers results.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Assistant Management experience in a fast-paced big box retail environment.
• Strong commercial acumen - you know your sales figures, wage % and stock metrics.
• Passion for people development and a proven record of team success.
• A high attention to detail - your floor is always on point.
• Operationally savvy with experience in rostering, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
