Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of the school sports program.
• Lead interschool sport, competitions and carnivals; manage coaches, officials, facilities and transport.

• Represent the School as ACS Year 5 and 6 Sport Delegate and Coordinator.

As our Sports Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a high-quality, engaging and inclusive sporting program across the School. Working closely with the Director of Sport, Sport staff and external partners, you will coordinate the day-to-day operations of the program, helping create outstanding sporting experiences and opportunities for students to participate, develop and thrive.From coordinating interschool sport, competitions and carnivals to managing coaches, officials, facilities, transport, budgets and risk and compliance processes, this is a varied and dynamic role at the heart of student engagement and school life.You will also represent the School as the ACS Year 5 and 6 Sport Delegate and Coordinator, while overseeing the administration and ongoing management of the Clipboard Extracurricular Management System to support the effective delivery of the School’s sporting program.
