You will deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care, coordinate assessments, plans, interventions and evaluations, and ensure thorough clinical documentation in collaboration with the care team.

The role requires current AHPRA registration, spinal unit experience, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as RN or Midwife.
• Recent spinal unit nursing experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work in an interdisciplinary team.
• Proficiency with health information systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement nursing care for spinal patients.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Communicate effectively with patients, carers and the multidisciplinary team.
• Supervise Enrolled Nurses and Assistants in Nursing.
