Job summary
South Eastern Sydney Local Health District (SESLHD) is seeking a Registered Nurse for the General Rehab Unit at Prince of Wales Hospital in NSW. You will assess patients, plan care, and deliver high‑quality, person‑centred nursing in a collaborative team setting.
You will work with interdisciplinary colleagues to support patient outcomes, using health information systems and evidence‑based practices while pursuing professional development opportunities and contributing to a positive work culture.
Qualifications
- Registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse/ Midwife.
- Demonstrated recent clinical experience in a General Rehab setting.
- High level written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and develop care plans.
- Provide safe, compassionate, evidence‑based nursing care.
- Lead and supervise other nurses and care staff within the General Rehab Unit.
- Use health information systems to document care and outcomes.
