South Eastern Sydney Local Health District (SESLHD) invites applications for a Registered Nurse in the Prince of Wales Hospital Community Assessment Unit. You will join an interdisciplinary team, deliver person-centred care, supervise other nurses and support staff, and uphold standards of practice across the unit.

We offer a competitive hourly remuneration of $41.23–$57.88 plus super, up to 38 hours per week, and a supportive environment with professional development, flexible work

Qualificações

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
• Demonstrated recent clinical experience in community assessment settings.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in an interdisciplinary team with professional boundaries.
• Current computer skills and ability to use health information systems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide person-centred care as part of the interdisciplinary team.
• Lead, support and supervise other nurses and care staff.
• Deliver safe, high-quality, compassionate patient care.
• Apply evidence-based practice and critical thinking to patient care.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans and assess outcomes.
