About Kids First

Kids First Children’s Services is a multidisciplinary paediatric practice on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. Since 2007 we have supported children and families with communication, learning, behaviour and development. Our speech pathologists, occupational therapists, psychologists and early intervention specialist teachers work together onsite every day and come together weekly for multidisciplinary collaboration and learning.

Our team grows professionally through case conferences, Speech Pathology team hub meetings, and mentoring from our experienced Speech Pathology team leader. Our core values of Care, Kindness, Compassion and Making a Contribution underpin everything we do. After almost 20 years of serving local families, we have strong relationships with schools, preschools, and medical and allied health professionals in our area.

Children make the most progress when they can keep working with the same clinician. For this reason, we ask our speech pathologists to commit to at least 18 months with Kids First. In return, we invest in your professional growth for the long term.
