A Note from Nicole

Hi, I’m Nicole, Speech Pathologist and Founder of Kids Speech Co.

Six years ago, I started Kids Speech Co. to build a space where children and families feel genuinely supported. We’ve grown alongside our wonderful community since then, and now it’s time for our next chapter. I want to foster an environment where clinicians feel equally welcomed, supported, and right at home.

Growing our team means we can help even more families, but it’s vital that we stay true to what makes us special: the trust, connections, and community we’ve built around us.

I’m looking for clinicians who share a deep passion for paediatrics—people who value collaboration, cherish meaningful relationships, and want to keep learning and growing without ever having to figure it all out alone.

With over 20 years of experience as a speech pathologist, supervisor, and mentor, helping clinicians thrive is one of my greatest passions. At Kids Speech Co., you’ll find genuine support, regular supervision, and the freedom to shape a role that fits your life, because work‑life balance truly matters here.

If you are looking for a workplace where you can do purposeful work, feel deeply supported, and love what you do every day, I would love to hear from you.

Come join us at Kids Speech Co—I can’t wait to meet you!
