Job summary

Ability Action Australia offers a 12‑month Action Packed Graduate Program for Speech Pathologists transitioning from student to confident clinician. You’ll be mentored, supported and welcomed into a multidisciplinary team that fosters growth and celebrates wins.

You will support participants in community, school or clinic settings, complete assessments and reports, and advocate to help achieve goals with weekly supervision and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Graduating or recent graduate in Speech Pathology.
• SPA registration or eligibility upon graduation is required.
• Demonstrated empathy, curiosity and eagerness to learn.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supporting participants in the community, school or clinic.
• Completing assessments, writing reports and supporting participants with therapy.
• Advocating for participants and carers to help achieve goals.
