Job summary

Better Rehab is seeking graduates to join a structured, clinician-led program based in Penrith. You will deliver client-led therapy across home, community and clinic settings, working with a multidisciplinary team to support NDIS participants aged 6–65 years.

You’ll receive a graduate induction, 1:1 supervision, six months of structured training, four paid study leave days per year, and resources like a laptop and therapy kits.

Qualifications

• Speech Pathology qualification (graduating in 2026 or January 2027)
• Passion for supporting people with disability
• Driver’s licence and own vehicle
• NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Complete meaningful assessments and design practical therapy plans
• Build long-term relationships and see real progress
• Work closely with a supportive multidisciplinary team
