Job summary

Better Rehab is offering a graduate program designed by clinicians for clinicians, with structure, mentorship and support across a national network. The role is based in Perth with opportunities in Cockburn, Joondalup, Mount Hawthorn or Inglewood for NDIS participants aged 6-65 years, across home, clinic and community settings.

You will complete assessments, design therapy plans, and work with a multidisciplinary team to drive meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• Speech Pathology qualification (graduating in 2026 or January 2027)
• Passion for supporting people with disability
• Driver’s licence and own vehicle
• NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Complete meaningful assessments and design practical therapy plans
• Build long-term relationships and see real progress
• Work closely with a supportive multidisciplinary team
• Deliver functional, participant-led therapy across homes, day centres, parks and clinic spaces
