Job summary

Ability Action Australia is seeking graduates to start their Speech Pathology careers with a strong support system. The program offers mentorship, weekly supervision, and opportunities across Sydney to thrive in multidisciplinary teams.

Graduates will develop clinical reasoning, communication skills and practical experience while contributing to meaningful outcomes for participants and families in the NDIS space. Flexible work options are available, including home and office settings.

Responsibilities

• Supporting participants in the community or clinic.
• Completing assessments, writing reports and supporting participants with therapy.
