Job summary

Healthcarelink Support in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to support clients in the community across metropolitan Melbourne. The role offers flexible hours with part-time, full-time, or casual options to suit your lifestyle.

Clinicians will work with diverse presentations and serve private, NDIS, TAC, Medicare, and WorkSafe participants, with admin support from a full-time team to minimise burnout.

Qualifications

  About the role:

  Our client is looking for an experienced Speech Pathologist to join their team to provide support in the community to clients of varying clinical presentations. VPS currently supports private, NDIS, TAC, Medicare, and WorkSafe participants.

  The geographical location of their referrals varies across metropolitan Melbourne however their clinicians are supported to accept referrals in a reasonable and realistic catchment to conserve travel time and reduce clinician burnout.

  Their clinicians are supported to access consistent, high-quality clinical supervision and will be supported by a full-time administrative team.

  This SLP role is ideal for you if you want more control over the hours you work, ensuring your work/life balance is tailored to meet your individual needs and wants.

  Therapists can work on a part-time, full-time, or casual basis and hours are variable depending on how much work you wish to accept. Career progression is always available with the opportunities to progress into a full-time, part-time, or senior/supervisory role.
