Job summary

Healthcarelink Support in Melbourne is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join a values-led, neuro-affirming practice on the Mornington Peninsula. The role offers pathways across Early Childhood, Autism Assessment, Paediatric Feeding, and Adult Services with mentorship from senior clinicians.

Flexible work arrangements and an above‑award salary with a bonus program, travel allowance, and laptop are provided across Mornington, Frankston, and Dromana locations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Speech Pathology.
• Eligible or current SPA registration.
• Willingness to grow and contribute to a learning culture.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check & WWCC.
• Valid driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Grow in your chosen clinical pathway with guidance from experienced clinicians across multiple areas.
• Deliver neuro-affirming assessments for Autistic children and provide family partnership support.
• Engage in Early Childhood pathways with play-based, strengths-focused approaches.
• Support Adult Services including aged care, communication and swallowing needs.

• Autism Assessment & Support Pathway: Deliver neuro-affirming, evidence-based assessments for Autistic children, learning from clinicians passionate about identity-affirming care and family partnership.
• Paediatric Feeding: Gain mentorship in feeding therapy, including medically complex cases and responsive mealtime support for families.
• Adult Services Pathway: Receive supervision and training across adult clinical needs-from aged care to community-based communication and swallowing support.
