Job summary

Connect2Care is seeking a Speech Pathologist for a mobile role in Sydney with options to work from home or hubs. You will join a multidisciplinary team delivering evidence-based services via telehealth, home visits, or centre-based settings to clients across NDIS and Medicare referrals.

New graduates and experienced clinicians are encouraged to apply. The role includes supervision, ongoing PD, and opportunities to upskill within a supportive, growth-focused environment across Australia.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in related field.
• Active professional registration (AHPRA/SPA).
• WWCC or Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Police Check and International Police Check (if applicable).
• Driver's license and access to reliable vehicle.
• Public liability and professional indemnity insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assess and provide interventions for children and adults with disabilities.
• Work within the NDIS to maximise function, capacity and social engagement.
• Assist with assistive technology assessment and applications.
• Timely documentation and report writing.
• Manage a varied caseload and client management.
• Attend meetings, supervision and PD sessions as required.
• Build relationships with therapists, clients and referral sources.
• Work across multiple software platforms and online tools.
