Job summary

Connect2Care is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join a dynamic multidisciplinary team in Sydney. The role offers mobile work with options to work from home or hubs when not seeing clients, delivering services via telehealth, community visits and centre-based supports.

The successful candidate will assess and treat both children and adults with disabilities, work within the NDIS framework to maximise function and participate in supervision and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Multidisciplinary collaboration with therapists and clients.
• Ability to work across telehealth, community visits and centre-based services.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat children and adults with disabilities.
• Support NDIA/NDIS goals and functional outcomes.
• Perform documentation and reporting.
• Manage a varied caseload and ensure service delivery compliance.
• Engage with stakeholders and participate in supervision and development.
