Job summary

Mediix is partnering with a well-respected multidisciplinary private practice in Perth to appoint a Speech Pathologist. You will shape your own caseload, choosing paediatrics, adults, or a mix, with the clinic tailoring the role to your strengths.

We welcome new grads and experienced SPs, offering above‑award pay, structured supervision, a generous PD budget, and flexible hours within a modern clinic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology.
• Speech Pathology Australia CPSP eligible or certified.
• New graduates welcome with structured support.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Deliver 1:1 interventions and group sessions when appropriate.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team on shared clients.
• Maintain clinical documentation and complete required reporting (NDIS, Medicare, DVA).
• Engage with families, carers and educators to support outcomes.
