Job summary

Mediix is seeking a Speech Pathologist for its Bacchus Marsh clinic. About 60–70% of sessions occur in-clinic, with the remaining 30–40% in clients' homes and community settings across Melbourne's western and north-western suburbs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology and SPA membership.
• 1–2 years post-graduate experience preferred; strong placements welcome.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check required.
• Full Australian working rights and valid licence for community visits.

Responsibilities

• Handle a 60–70% in-clinic caseload and 30–40% home visits across Melbourne's western/north-western suburbs.
• Deliver 100% NDIS-registered paediatric and some adult clients—focus on early language, AAC, articulation, social communication, fluency.
• Provide assessment, intervention and family/caregiver coaching.
• Collaborate with OTs, behaviour support practitioners and allied health assistants.
