Qualifications

• Full Australian working rights and valid licence for community visits.

Responsibilities

• Handle a 60–70% in-clinic caseload and 30–40% home visits across Melbourne's western/north-western suburbs.
• Deliver 100% NDIS-registered paediatric and some adult clients—focus on early language, AAC, articulation, social communication, fluency.
• Provide assessment, intervention and family/caregiver coaching.
• Collaborate with OTs, behaviour support practitioners and allied health assistants.

A well-established, NDIS-registered allied health provider is expanding its clinical team and seeking a passionate Speech Pathologist for its Bacchus Marsh clinic. Your caseload

• 100% NDIS participants
• Predominantly paediatric with some adult clients (early language, AAC, articulation, social communication, fluency)

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology
• Current Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) membership / Certified Practising Speech Pathologist status
• Minimum 1–2 years' post-graduate clinical experience preferred (new graduates with strong placement backgrounds considered)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Working with Children Check
• Current Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle (for community visits)
• Full Australian working rights
