We’re looking for Speech Pathologists with 2+ years of paediatric experience to join our team.
This role is ideal for Speech Pathologists who are looking for a paediatric caseload and are passionate about delivering high-quality, client-centred therapy alongside a large team of motivated and caring Speech Pathologists. Sounds Right Speech Pathology is a well-established paediatric clinic with two purpose-built clinics in Melbourne’s northern suburbs. We deliver evidence-based intervention to children and their families through 1:1 clinic based sessions, Telehealth sessions and Group Programs. Our large team of speech pathologists brings together a diverse range of experience, backgrounds and clinical expertise, enabling us to support individuals with a wide variety of diagnoses, needs and neurotypes.
Our clients are a healthy mix of NDIS and privately funded families, meaning our clinicians aren’t always bogged down in excessive NDIS paperwork and can focus more of their time on clinical work.
As a clinic we pride ourself in supervision, access to support and lifelong learning through supervision, coaching, daily drop in times, team learning, journal clubs, team projects and individual professional development budgets.

On-site supervision & support: 1:1 supervision, peer supervision and drop-in support with experienced Speech Pathologists available across the week.
Dedicated on-site admin support for scheduling, caseload management and invoicing.
Mix of on-site and off-site work: Whilst we are primarily clinic-based there are some opportunities to work across our established school, kindergarten and childcare partnerships, whilst maintaining the support and connection of a dedicated home clinic.
Career progression pathways for clinicians interested in taking the next step with their career.
A stable workplace: Established in 2011, with a strong reputation, consistent referral base and a secure future in a changing market.
