Gorilla Jobs Pty Ltd. in Australia is seeking an Allied Health clinician to undertake a 12 month Training Program to refine your knowledge of evidence-based therapy methods, with hubs across the country and a strong support network.

You will manage a mixed caseload from paediatrics to adults, assess speech, language, voice, fluency, literacy and swallowing, and work within an interdisciplinary team. A Career Coach will guide you as you extend your skills through team sessions and reflective

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology (essential).
• SPA membership is required or highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Community role with office locations across Melbourne.
• Assessing and diagnosing adults and children with Speech, Language, Voice, Fluency, Literacy and Swallowing difficulties.
• Access mentoring and internal support to grow expertise and skills.
• Participate in weekly team meetings and contribute ideas.
• Complete reflective practice to develop evidence-based therapy plans.
• Work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.

Your Role:

• Community role with office locations across Melbourne
• Mixed caseload | Paediatrics - Adults | Tailor your caseload to your preference

• Undertake a 12 month Training Program where you can refine your knowledge of evidence-based therapy methods
